Purpose :
The Immunology Patient Access & Reimbursement (A&R) BRM is the technology account executive, business relationship manager, and portfolio manager for Patient A&R function with focusing on Immunology.
The BRM is expected leads a team of Technology Leads, Project Managers, and Business Analysts to identify and frame the strategic and tactical needs of the Immunology Patient A&R function.
This role is responsible to proactively work with business leaders and their staff to document business strategies, financial, and operational demands, provide appropriate technology consultation, guide cross-functional business and BTS stakeholders, in order to successfully influence/develop Patient Access and Reimbursement capabilities in Immunology such as Expanded Immunology Marketplace (EIMP), Skyrizi CD Data Ecosystem Enablement, CompletePro Evolution, ARF Command Center and Copay Anomaly Detections.
Additionally, the potential candidate will liaise with AAS, AEI and FAS BRMs and have oversight to all implementation activities within the portfolio and is expected to proactively identify areas of opportunity, process improvements, and cost efficiencies across these technology solutions.
In order to be successful, the candidate is expected to have techno-functional expertise within healthcare data ecosystem across patient hubs, payment tech.

Success of the candidate will be measured based on BTS’s performance to strategic roadmap, timely management of risks, development insights related to industry trends and benchmarks, and management of opportunities for improvement.
This role will lead a team that will collaborate with US Patient Services Business, Patient/Consumer Technology Services and Architecture BTS, Market Access BTS, Enterprise BTS and Vendor partners across a highly matrixed organization, to impact and influence development of both existing and upcoming technology solutions.
