Associate Art Director

We’re looking for a strategic problem solver, with the ability to generate multiple solutions to a creative problem while staying ahead of the curve in trends.

We love good ideation and concepting This position works closely with the Art Director and Creative Director during all stages of any assignment which provides you with the opportunity to learn from close guidance as the righthand wo/man.

Adobe Creative Cloud is your best friend, and you love to tinker in 3D.

You have a working knowledge of the production process in the print world and can seamlessly move into and execute in the digital space.

Above everything, you’re a smart self-starter who’s looking to work on fun, next level 360° activations.

Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience (2-5 years) with portfolio.

Open-minded, smart, and personable with innate design ability.

Strategic, big-picture thinker with a strong portfolio of highly conceptual work.

Willingness and ability to roll-up-sleeves and be resourceful on small projects and scale up for larger projects.

Able and willing to listen, learn, and take direction well, including applying constructive criticism to job executions and performance issues Excellent communication skills; ability to articulate creative concepts and rationale to other team members and clients.

Outstanding work ethic with the ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Able to apply learning’s from job to job.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Demonstrate ability to work as part of a team.
