Bay Cove
Oversee the day to day operations of the Education and Training Program.
Provide guidance and direction to four program staff and twenty individuals.
Oversee ISP development, curriculum development, record keeping and vocational assessment and training.
Coordinate community activities.
Act as a liaison with funders and employers.
Work collaboratively with Center House Employment Supports management team.
Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field required.
Minimum of two years experience working with adults with mental retardation or mental illness and one year experience providing supervision to staff required.
Strong behavioral Management skills and excellent written and verbal skills required.
