Assists with daily admissions and lesson administration.
Enforces pool rules.
Assists with assigning instructors to lessons and supervising programs at their site.
Supervises seasonal lifeguards and swim instructors.
Provides input to the manager regarding staff evaluations.
Performs cashiering duties and creates daily deposits.
Uses cash register or a computer with recreation software.
(80%)Performs general pool maintenance and maintains proper chemical balance in the pool.
Uses a test kit to check the chemical balance of the pool.
Cleans hair catchers, backwashes the filtration system, and vacuums the pool for debris.
Maintains a safe pool, deck area, and office.
Attends training to learn proper pool maintenance and safety techniques.
