Job Description
Infinity Wellness is seeking aDispensary Manager who will be responsible for managing all day-to-dayoperations of a neThe Manager provides support to all Patient Care Specialists: scheduling,training, providing policy and procedure updates, keeping updated with industrynews and product information. The Manager is responsible for ordering andreceiving of all inventory and products, arranging deliveries with logisticsteam, maintaining agent and facility compliance and cleanliness.
CustomerService:
- Providessuperior customer service for vendors, patient/customers and caregivers
- Respondsto all patient/customer complaints, requests, concerns, suggestions
- Overseesorders and deliveries to ensure accurate order information and timeliness ofdeliveries
Agent Support and Management:
- Responsible for managing dispensary staff, schedules, inventory andpatient/customer relations
- Serves asa resource for dispensary staff concerning products and services, policies andprocedures, industry news and changes in regulations;
- Resolvesany conflict immediately
- Responsible for delegating tasks to Patient Care Specialists in order tomaintain a compliant and clean facility
- Coordinates with the upper management to ensure accurate information iscommunicated to dispensary staff
- Managingand implementing training on POS system
Reports,Documentation and Profitability:
- Maintainaccurate records of all dispensary activities including daily cashreconciliations, patient/customer records, sales, deliveries and returns inaccordance with the State and the standards set by Company
- Accuratedaily, weekly, and monthly recaps and reporting from sales data and patientcounts
- Maintaininventory control system and perform daily counts of all medical cannabis andmedical cannabis products in the facility
- Provideregular inventory, sales and profitability reports to the Management Team.
DESIREDEXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Proficientin MS Office, Highly Proficient in MS Excel
- Detail-oriented
- Experiencewith METRC and/or Cannabis Point of Sales Systems
- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and product-relatedinformation in a professional consultative manner
- Strong businessacumen including excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills
- Mustmaintain a high level of integrity, personal motivation, and sense of urgency
- After-hours work required to manage sales facing inventory and order entry
- Experiencein a fast-paced environment and compliance driven
- Industryexperience preferred but not required
ADDITIONALREQUIREMENTS
- Mustcomply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
- Must be 18years or older to apply
