The Assistant Store Manager reports to the Store Manager.
Who You Are: Ambitious and passionate Engaging personality who attracts great talent Demonstrates a competitive spirit and desire to win Team player with an entrepreneurial spirit Thrives in a fast-paced environment Able to adapt to change and take on more responsibilities Self motivated Stylish with a love of fashion Responsibilities: As the Assistant Store Manager you will: Work together with the Store Manager to create action plans to achieve store sales and statistical goals Communicate clear expectations and hold store associates and yourself accountable to achieving results Motivate associates to perform at a high level by creating a fun, challenging and rewarding culture Create an amazing customer experience and continually provide feedback to associates on the sales floor Support the Store Manager to ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are met consistently Take initiative to learn about all aspects of the business; share ideas to drive the business Be a role model for our values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability and inclusivity Qualifications: You will also have: 2 years as a Store Manager or Co/Assistant Manager in similar volume, apparel business Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations A positive attitude and lots of energy A passion for people – both customers and your team Confidence to give and receive meaningful feedback Ability to do multiple things at the same time Strong merchandising skills and an eye for visual details Initiative to continue self-development Required Skills:
•Ability to work a flexible schedule (which includes nights, weekend and holiday availability)
•Ability to bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed
