They are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join their positive and energetic team in Valencia to help manage a retail property portfolio.

Apply today for immediate consideration Responsibilities Supervise and assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable, including collection of rent, accruals, payment of expenses, common area maintenance estimates, true-ups, reconciliations, compliance with lease terms, and preparation of all related documentation.
Support the preparation of annual budgets and CAM reconciliations.
Assist in the preparation of monthly reports, including variance explanations, operational updates, and tenant and leasing status.
Preform property inspections as needed and make recommendations relevant to property operations.
Provide after-hours emergency call support.
Manage the selection and performance of vendor services, per directive of Manager, including the preparation of request for proposals and service agreements.
Maintain complete and accurate property files according to department systems with an emphasis on documentation for future reference.
Demonstrate a positive, professional, and client-oriented attitude with clients, tenants, and vendors.
Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships between departments and with all coworkers.
Constantly strive for improvements in work process and results to better meet property objectives.
Required Education, Licenses and Experience 3 years of experience in retail property management of similar size portfolio.
Bachelors degree or equivalent vocational/technical training.
Current California Real Estate Salespersons License in good standing.
Experience in construction management, including property renovation and tenant improvements.
Experience working with MRI and/or Yardi software programs.
Strong communication and customer focus Results-driven, decision-making capability, and strong time management Financial management expertise Current California Drive license, current auto insurance and clean driving record.
