Adult Case Manager (ACM)Assistance Plus has an immediate opening for an Adult Case Manager in the Waterville/Skowhegan area. The ACM will assist our clients with a Mental Health diagnosis that reside in the community by assisting in the development of community resources, coping skills and natural supports.
