What you’ll be doing

The Area Manager will provide critical support to deliver on our promise to customers by:
Leading a team to be engaged in their work and driving sales, growth, and profits of Clean Laundry.
Foster positive relationships within the community through friendliness, organization, helpfulness, to deliver an experience that creates raving fans of Clean Laundry.
Building, growing, and managing relationships with customers.
Ensuring the facility is clean and comfortable for customers.
Promptly responding to issues affecting the customer experience.
Engaging with local communities by partnering with various groups and nonprofit organizations.
Tracking and managing financial transactions and reporting.
Being responsible for employee relations, schedule and performance management, training/support, and recruiting/hiring.
Performing light machine maintenance (training provided).
Maintaining, tracking, and organizing inventory and supplies.
