Area Manager

We cater to large national retail chains, in store assembly of retail products (e.g. toolboxes, grills, wheelbarrows, furniture, mowers, cabinets, etc.)

As an Area/Operations Manager you would oversee a group of accounts, cultivate customer relationships, maintain excellent quality control, and handle most of the staffing needs including but not limited to on-boarding, training, and scheduling.

Work Requirements:

– Minimum: 4 years prior retail assembly experience or equivalent

Specifically: grills, riding mowers, and wheelbarrows

– Previous management or military experience is a plus

– Reliable transportation is a MUST

– Must provide work references

– Some assembly services will be required

– Computer navigation skills including but not limited to Email, MS Office, and Teams.

– Pass background and DMV check

Basic Requirements:

– Smart Phone or Smart Device with WIFI or Mobile internet

Availability:

– Full-time salaried position

– 42+ hours a week

– Weekend availability
