Area Manager being added to long term Recruiting/Staffing franchise to oversee 3 staffing locations and their employees.
This is a full time direct hire role, base salary plus monthly profit sharing incentives and full health benefits.
Hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with overtime only when needed; no weekends!
Individual will be responsible for the effective management and profitable operation of assigned offices. This will include overall responsibility of achieving expected profit results , management of permanent staff to include new hiring, training, development. Will work to implement a consistent business development program to maximize billable hours and sales growth to increase market share and operating profits and manage Corporate Service Standards and Quality Performance.
Job Requirements:
You will bring:
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Organizational Management or related field
2-4 years of experience in a management or leadership role, Staffing Industry experience highly desired!
Previous experience in sales, human resources or a service related industry
Desire to meet and exceed sales/marketing goals
Proven track record for successful staff and business development
Strong business office skills, ability to read a P&L report
Ability to advise, counsel, guide and negotiate with others (staff, contracts, customers)
Pay is dependent upon experience.
