Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
Develop or update project plans for information technology projects, including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing.
Maintain applications according to SLAs.
Work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle on engineering solutions for new system rollouts, major/minor enhancements, and/or ongoing maintenance of existing applications.
Identify and assess complex problems that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors and create solutions for implementation by the team.
Supervise a team to gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specifications.
Conduct project and issue management (including status reporting, issue reporting, and ETC/budget reporting) for assigned scope of work and make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management.
Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management.
Qualifications BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Of the required experience, 3 years of experience must be in each of the following:
– Managing small to mid-size projects, including work estimations, requirement gathering, conducting workshops, managing project deliverables, and reporting;
– Utilizing SAP ERP 6.0 Financial Accounting and Controlling, Simple Finance, and S4 Hana Finance;
– Designing and configuring business processes by using SAP functions, including Finance Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Accounting Financial Close & Tax Management, Treasury and Cash Management, Accounts Payable and Receivables;
– Designing IT solutions and developing functional specifications using SAP standard and custom tables, user exits, business add in (BADI), BAPI ALE, IDOC, and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI);
– SAP ECC 6.0 modules, including Finance (FI), Costing (CO), Materials Management (MM), Sales & Distribution, Human Resource (HR), Production Planning (PP), and Security Authorizations;
– Utilizing service ticketing tools using ITSR, Service Now, or Remedy;
– HPQC testing tool for managing SAP test scripts, user acceptance tests, and regression tests; and
– Fully implementing lifecycle of SAP ECC in Finance and Accounting.
Must have a willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
