Job Summary: The Application Development Manager is responsible for leading the software development team in the design and delivery of enterprise solutions.
They will be responsible for the team’s delivery of secure and scalable custom applications, integrations, and the configuration/maintenance of third-party commercial software applications.
The candidate will also be responsible for the mentoring and leading of the team, including team member development and performance.
The ideal candidate has a blend of software development experience, project management experience, and an excellent track record of leading people.

Physical Requirements: Constant use of vision, hearing, and communication (oral and written in person and via telephone).

Travel/Hours of Service: Occasional travel may be required.
Periodic work outside of standard business hours or on weekends may be required.
