Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- In-depth experience, knowledge and skills in an application support discipline (Message Processing, Mediations, Provisioning, Billing, Web, Middleware, Retail Activation Systems, Payment Processing, etc).
- Work independently on escalated issues and prioritize, investigate and resolve them with minimal guidance from others.
- May occasionally be given opportunities to lead teams and projects to resolve complex technical issues.
What does a typical day look like?
(daily tasks)
- Monitor email workflow tool KANA and respond to email inquiries addressed to the Privacy legal team.
Track volume of inquiries on a weekly report.
- Taking notes during monthly team meetings and other clerical duties assigned.
- Responding to customer inquiries in writing.
- Customer Service.
- Building basic reports in excel.
