With a culture of unprecedented growth, quality and innovative collaboration, we are seeking personalities to complement our attributes.The Compensation Manager is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs, policies, and procedures.
Manages common compensation functions, including survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development, incentive plan design, and associated analysis.
Ensures that base pay, incentive pay, and performance management programs remain competitive and conform to current compensation strategy.These responsibilities are performed while maintaining strict confidentiality and ensuring that SOX processes and guidelines are followed.
Counsels and advises managers and employees on company policies and procedures.Responsibilities Administers the compensation program semi-annually including data preparation, manager communication, education, and employee communication; participates in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
Create and evaluate job descriptions that incorporate consistent, relevant, and sustainable role design and support compliance, communication and organizational performance objectives.
Regularly audit FLSA status, physical requirements and ADA-related content of existing positions.
Perform periodic review and update of job descriptions to incorporate developments in industry standards, compensation and alignment with operational requirements.
Administrate, communicate and implement compensation programs, applying consistent, effective controls, utilization analysis, client support and timely payment execution.
Perform compensation analysis, evaluate prevailing rates in similar organizations and industries, and establish competitive rates designed to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
Analyze company compensation policies and practices for effectiveness, relevance, consistency with industry/market practices, administrative design and value proposition.
Recommend compensation adjustments utilizing knowledge of prevailing rates, types of wage incentive systems, and special compensation programs for professional, technical, sales, operational, supervisory, managerial, and executive roles.
Maintains current personnel structure and managing headcount for employment tracking and forecasting.
Develop and implement communication and training programs on compensation topics for managers to promote understanding and effective utilization of programs.
Create similar programs for non-managers.
Oversee preparation of all annual compensation letters and total compensation statement for delivery to all employees.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration or related field preferred.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Compensation and/or Total Reward programs required.
Proven working experience as Compensation and Performance Management.
CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) is preferred.
Solid database skills, data analysis skills, and project management skills or experience is required.
High degree of proficiency in Office software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, and Visio Working knowledge of Oracle HCM Application ADP or Cloud Base HRIS preferred.
