This is a Full-time position in Elmendorf, TX posted February 13, 2022.

Overview:Reports to: Area Vice President IIFunctions Supervised: Military Branch OperationsPrimary Functions: Monitor, direct and control the daily operation of the Ft.

Richardson and Elmendorf AFB branch offices with an emphasis on member service, expansion of market share and control of costs.

Coordinate enterprise-wide military liaison and representative activities.Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for providing prompt, professional, helpful, knowledgeable and courteous member service.Coach, lead and motivate branch employees; promote participation in cross sales of products and services.

Meet with employees regularly on an individual and group basis to establish and reinforce sales/service goals.Responsible for the quality and accuracy of teller, new account, member service and loan transactions.Responsible for the personnel function within the branch offices, including staffing, training, evaluating performance, employee morale and policy compliance.Responsible for proper opening and closing of the branch offices, security, physical control and maintenance of the facilities including: equipment, supply inventory, control and individual accountability of cash and negotiable items, general ledger accounts as assigned and timely completion of management reports.Ensure compliance with credit union marketing, image and service delivery goals.Serve as the credit union’s representative in the local military communities with emphasis on development and expansion of the membership.Assist regional and branch management staff to develop specific business plans and budgets regarding military activities to promote increased credit union presence, membership and marketshare, maintain active relations with local post/base command and liaison officers and create opportunities for specific recognition of military and civilian accomplishments related to these military communities.Perform joint base command calls on a routine basis and review local, regional and branch schedules for on-going military related activities and events.Obtain state mandated insurance license to quote and bind Personal Lines insurance products, as assigned.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education: Four years related management experience.Experience/Skills: Strong communications and personnel management skills required.

Knowledge of military organization and protocol with experience in military liaison functions preferred.
