We are looking for someone to:

• manage Advisor OCMO team leads including: Field Marketing, Private Wealth Management and Club advisor teams to deliver exceptional advisor experiences, focused on improving advisor’s satisfaction with Marketing

• coach and develop team to think strategically and deliver creativity and innovative solutions

• collaborate with Financial Advisors to develop insight based, results driven marketing solutions based on understanding the financial advisor’s business goals and objectives

• champion an advisor/client centric approach to brand and content delivery that is relevant to the needs of the respective segment and informed by investor insights and competitive intelligence

• partner with the team’s marketing & creative/production resources to actively manage all aspects of the advisor’s engagement

• focus on leveraging tracking, measurement, usage and data metrics to refine & evolve our offering

• have a service-oriented approach to resolving financial advisor inquiries; must be able to manage competing priorities.

• capture and share field feedback to inform best practices and identify unmet marketing needs

The Advisor Outsourced Chief Marketing Office (OCMO) is a newly created team focused on supporting the distinct needs of UBS Wealth Management Financial Advisors.

The Advisor Marketing Group Manager is a critically important role within the Client Strategy Office (CSO).

This position supports the firm’s strategic priority to retain and attract the best financial advisors in the industry.

UBS is an advisor -centric /client focused organization, requiring exceptional leadership and management to deliver trusted advice & guidance to grow our advisors’ Wealth Management business.

You will be leading and developing the Advisor OCMO team leads, based in Weehawken, NJ.

Your team is responsible for driving awareness, utilization and activation of our robust marketing resources, delivered across integrated marketing channels.

Your expertise

• ideally 10+ years of financial services industry/ management experience

• strong brand, digital and social marketing expertise

• effective leadership skills with prior management experience

• excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills

• ability to multi-task and drive multiple strategic initiatives in a fast paced, dynamic environment

• demonstrates commitment to high professional & ethical standards in a diverse workplace

• leads self and team by example and embodiment of firm values
