We are building products and services to help both organizations and people succeed and grow in their professional endeavors and we are looking for out of the box thinkers to help bring us to market.The Lifion by ADP program is looking a Project Manager that is dynamic, motivated, and experienced individuals to advise clients on the design and implementation of leading business processes and practices in HCM using the ADP Next Gen HCM cloud technology and products and services ADP, while working closely with the product group in delivering solutions to clients.In the Project Manager role, you will lead, coordinate, support and/or track the work activities of assigned projects pertaining to the development, implementation and execution of systems used to support the external clients and ADP’s strategic initiatives.

The incumbent functions as a liaison between and among various departments and business units and develop project plans and effectively implement new initiatives.

Effective project management and communication skills are required.

Apply nowWhat you’ll do: ResponsibilitiesLead large project teams responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of projects to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated timeframes and budgets.Lead all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closureDirect day-to-day activities of projects and staff in matrixed organizationEnsure milestones are successfully met through oversight of project vehicles and coordination of resourcesWork collaboratively with other departments impacting project.Lead communication with stakeholders and team members through completion of the projectDirect project timeliness and budgetsAssess, manage, resolve and escalate (if necessary) risks and issuesEmploys highly developed consultative skillsTailor processes to meet the needs of individual projectsMake decisions based on information and input in a timely mannerProvide analysis of project, including business case, ROI and post-project reviewDrive innovation, best practices and achievement of strategic objectivesTO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements:Positive Self-Starter.

You have an upbeat, persistent style and the ability to build relationships with external clients while executing HCM Implementations without fear.

You can manage your time well, prioritize deliverables, and multi-task with the best of them.

In addition, you can present your ideas in a clear, professional manner on paper, in-person, and over the phone while leading a project team.Five years of Project Management ExperiencePrior work experience managing medium to large cross-functional and/or multi-year projectsExperience with project management tools and structured methodologiesCollege degree is great but not required.

What’s more important is having the skills to do the job.
