An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Egencia Global Controllership team Reporting to the Sr.
Manager of AP/AR, you will oversee the Finance Operations remit responsible for AR supporting a multibillion-dollar portfolio.
You will be pivotal in shaping this global function to meet the future needs of the rapidly growing and dynamic business while delivering operational excellence and proactively driving continuous improvement in execution.
What you will do?
Utilize technical solutions across Salesforce, Oracle, and other systems to build scalable processes Development and professional delivery of presentations, summaries, and proposals Participate as a strong member of the management team facilitating a collaborative, positive, results-oriented work environment Effectively manage departmental workflows and Service Level Agreements With your eye for process improvement, you will initiate, encourage and facilitate the development of timely, accurate, complete and automated end-to-end operational processes.
Lead a team responsible for the best-in-class operational delivery of Egencia’s AR functions in a timely, accurate and effective manner Identify, analyze, and manage operational controls/risk mitigation Select appropriate methods and techniques for obtaining business results Drive process optimization, standardization, simplification, and process improvement in a very agile and fast-paced environment Interact with a core team, peer groups, and project partners Develop and share clear roles and responsibilities of Egencia Accounts Receivable operations Push operational excellence by being an analytical leader applying metrics and by measuring key performance indicators Assist with design, development, and implementation of necessary Sarbanes Oxley controls and testing in conjunction with EGP Compliance team Champion continued development within your team members Other duties as assigned Who you are: You have 2 years of supervisory or management experience in operations, internal controls or audit You bring a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or equivalent work experience in a related field You are proficient in all MS Professional Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Oracle experience is a plus You are a thorough problem solver who enjoys applying your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with minimal supervision Proficient in identifying and framing opportunities in a structured, fact-based way that clearly outlines options, risks, and trade-offs Strong team developer and talent coach who thrives on developing their teams A passion for results and first-class delivery, delighting customers.
