We are looking for an growth oriented, organized individual who can multi-task and can come up with different ways to handle processes better.
At Fusion Transport, you would have the title of Account Operations Manager.
We do not anticipate that you would have this role for long because we want to help you grow your career and we are well equipped to help you grow quickly.
Here are some of your core responsibilities:
Booking and scheduling shipments with our customer, and carrier partners
Building relationships and negotiating competitive rates with carriers
Monitoring, tracking, and tracing loads
Managing, modifying, and growing core carrier relationships
Tracking shipments and resolving issues
Maintaining office organization and efficiency
Communicating with customers, carriers and brokers
Other responsibilities as assigned
