Account Manager – Marketing Agency (Remote)

We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager with an exciting growing Digital Marketing Agency.

This role will build relationships with clients, support client communication and work with internal team to develop and execute marketing programs that meet client objectives.

Responsibilities:

·        Builds deep relationships with clients and partners

·        Partners with internal resources in order to drive value for customers

·        Continually looks for ways to improve account growth through clear understanding of client objectives

·        build credibility and trust while influencing buying decisions

·        Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

·        Manages client expectations, offering potential solutions

·        Assists and advises the account and financial management in matters relating to account profitability

Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s degree with strong marketing agency experience; Direct or data marketing experience required

·        Marketing campaign experience with an emphasis on digital marketing

·        Proven Account Management skills with Agency experience

·        Solid organization skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

·        Understanding of website development, marketing, measurement and analytics, content management, digital marketing and internet technology

·        ABM Marketing experience preferred

·        Excellent communications and presentation skill
