Account Manager – Landscape Maintenance

Lawns of Dallas is one of the premiere landscape companies in the Dallas Metroplex.

Locally owned for over 35 years, we are a full-service landscape design/build and maintenance company.

We are currently seeking an Account Manager (AM) for our maintenance division.The AM is responsible for maintaining customer relationships and managing the crews.

The AM serves as the primary contact with the client, and communication is one of the most important aspects of this position.

The AM is responsible for building long term client retention and enhancement sales, while providing oversight for field operations.

The AM will also set up meetings with the client to do regular site inspections.

These meetings ensure all maintenance is performed at a high standard.Primary Responsibilities: Ability to respond to customer needs in an effective and timely mannerSupervise several maintenance crewsConduct regular quality control meetings with clientsHold safety meetings with crews monthlyProvide clients with enhancement proposalsDevelop long-term relationships that lead to 100% contract renewalRequirements: Prior landscape maintenance experience or salesAbility to multi-task and manage enhancement projectsWorking knowledge of computer softwareExceptional customer service and communication skillsPro-active and self-starter personality with excellent time management skillsValid Texas Driver’s LicenseWe offer a competitive salary, health benefits, and paid time off.
