Job Summary
A Customer Success Manager is responsible for ensuring that customer needs are translated properly and understood by all internal departments that may handle any issues pertaining to the customer. They also assist with handling complaints and ensure that customers have the best possible experience. In general, a Customer Success Manager acts as the link between BatchService and our customers. They are responsible for maintaining excellent customer relationships by helping customers achieve their specific business goals.
