About the Position: This role includes working closely with multiple departments including Finance & Accounting, Customer Service, Manufacturing Operations, Global Sourcing, Distribution & Logistics, Engineering,Sales & Marketing, SAP Technical and functional teams around the world.

This role will work directly with the SAP Global Director to develop & manage project plans, develop PMO Processes, development of management status reporting, and development of SAP COE processes.

Essential Job Functions:
· Manage SAP projects independently like new location integration, system enhancements, process automations etc.

· Work closely in a global team environment
· Prepare weekly/monthly COE status reports for the key internal stakeholders
· Project Management and solution implementation by using SAP best practice processes and methodologies (Activate)
· Transition the SAP systems/solutions to a run-state model utilizing a support organization for steady-state operations
· Provide quality service to internal customers in all assigned tasks
· Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
· Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques Education/Certification Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related education.

Master’s degree strongly preferred
· Current PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
· Agile Certification is a plus (e.G., PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master, etc.) Work Experience Requirements:
· 7+ years of relevant SAP project management experience
· 3+ functional experience in at least one SAP module like Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Production Planning (PP), and Finance and Controlling (FICO) ECC or S/4HANA
· Experience driving on-time, on-budget project completion for complex projects involving multiple parties
· Experience in all aspects of project management including, financial management, budget management, contract management, risk management, quality management and reporting
· Experience using Microsoft Project, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Planner etc.

· Desirable experience with SAP Best Practices, ECC & S/4HANA applications
· Results-oriented, leadership-minded, highly motivated, hands-on, assertive with a sense of urgency
· Ability to thrive in a diverse, collaborative, team-oriented environment where change occurs often
· Excellent communication: ability to interact with customers/colleagues/service providers via phone, email, in person
· S/4HANA Project Management experience is a plus
· Knowledge of and experience in railroad components manufacturing or Industrial Machinery & Components Industry (IM& C) is a plus
