Description: The Judge Group has partnered with a manufacturer in the Valley, Alabama area to find a Production Superintendent for their team. This position is on 2nd Shift and would be a great opportunity for a supervisor looking for advancement with a large organization.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Oversee all second shift operations for production, quality, maintenance, and warehouse
- Will be the main plant contact for the second shift hours and will handle all employee and plant issues during that shift
- Ensure all employees are working safely and food safety policies are being followed
- Maintain compliance to master production schedule
- Manage training for all personnel on second shift
- Collaborate with Operations Manager on any downtown or issues in the plant
Qualifications & Requirements:
- HS Diploma
- Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
- Experience in food manufacturing preferred
