Sr Prncipal Cyber Systems Administrator (Kubernetes)

Peraton is seeking a Senior Principal Cyber Systems Administrator for our Annapolis Junction, MD office. You will create instantiating Kubernetes and maintain Kubernetes clusters. You will provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems provides support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client problems provides second level problem identification, diagnosis and resolutions of problems provides support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remain involved in the resolution process provides support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers and possesses experience in one or more systems and architectures and associated hardware mainframe, mini, or clientserver based. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a technical degree and nine (9) years of relevant experience or a high school diploma and thirteen (13) years relevant experience. Nine (9)+ years experiene as a System Administrator Must have experience with Networking, and Linux Operating and Storage Systems Must have experience with Docker Implementation using Kubernetes TSSCI with poly clearance required Preferred Qualifications Experience providing assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems Experience managing daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems Experience ensuring that the appropriate operational security posture is maintained for an Information System (IS) Ideal candidate will have several years of LINUX experienceLinux Server Certifications We are an Equal OpportunityAffirmative Action Employer.
