We are looking for the best Route Sales Driver to support our explosive growth in our Office Coffee and Pantry service division. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing organization. This is a full-time position and is eligible for holiday, vacation, and sick leave as well as medical, dental, short-term disability, accident, and life insurances. Additionally, there is a company match on 401 (K) and profit sharing. Pay is base plus commissions on route sales and our average route is over $50k with the ability to grow much higher. What you will do: Safely Operate a box truck or van (14 feet or less) Service your customers to include product merchandising, basic coffee/water machine maintenance and creating orders Provide feedback and ideas to your support team to help grow sales and improve the overall customer experience Provide world-class customer service with a smile Your Qualifications: 2 years driving a box truck is preferred 1-year experience working in refreshment services or as Merchandiser preferred Must have a valid driver’s license Must have a driving record with no major moving violations in the last three (3) years Must have, or be able to obtain a Medical DOT certificate A clear criminal background is required for admissions into client facilities Age requirement minimum 21 years COVID 19 Vaccination required for employment consideration As the premier, full-service Micro Market/Open Door Market provider in the DC Metro area, Monumental Markets is leading the way in workplace refreshment.
