Drivers are home daily.

On that rare occasion, a driver may be required to complete an overnight stay.

This is the exception and not the rule.

All routes are considered drop and hook.* Shift: We offer a daytime routes or nighttime routes; whichever best fits your needs!

Our daytime route dispatch times start at 4 am and 10 am.

Our nighttime route dispatch times begin at 4 pm and 10 pm.

Hours of operations vary by location starting late Sunday nights or Monday mornings; and into Friday night or Saturday mornings.* Equipment: Type of equipment running 2016 2021 Tandem Day Cabs and dry van trailers.

Pace operates a lease model and updates assets frequently.* Compensation: Activity base with a $2K SIGN ON BONUS!

Earn up to $62K salary per year PLUS $0.02 per mile bonus for every mile driven meeting all driver DOT and service requirements, and accident free!Main Responsibilities:* Safety First!
