This is a Full-time position in Wausau, WI posted November 19, 2021.

Job Description Attention Drivers Work (4) 10-hr days during the week and be home every night and on weekends We are currently hiring for a Delivery Driver to provide our customers with reliable and efficient delivery of products distributed by Mid-Wisconsin Beverage.

Drivers are responsible for delivery, check-in, and merchandising of product.

Duties & Responsibilities: Check beginning and ending truckload inventory to assure proper product and package count.

Drive vehicle safely, courteously, obeying all traffic and company regulations.

Adhere to company Motor Vehicle Record standards and policy.

Report any and all vehicle damage or required maintenance to Delivery Supervisor on a timely basis.

Merchandise product at accounts utilizing P.O.P.

materials to display retail-pricing, promotions and stimulate sales as directed.

Fill and maintain shelf facings, display product by brand flow and according to company standards and instructions.

Merchandise and rotate, all cold vault back stock, gondola, and primary floor displays.

Build, merchandise, rotate and maintain all secondary and promotional displays, racks, coolers, and vendors.

Clean shelving, coolers, racks, and vendors as needed.

Manage, rotate and maintain a neat backroom where applicable.

Manage or exchange all damaged and outdated product as directed by Key Account Merchandiser.

Pick up all empty shells, pallets, CO2 & pre-mix tanks upon eachvisit.

Collect all equipment rentals and past due account balances as directed.

Complete all invoices, load sheets, required forms and related paperwork, neatly, timely and accurately.

Report all equipment repair problems to service department immediately.

Maintain good communication with Key Account Merchandisers and Sales Supervisors and provide feedback and information.

Assist in collection of Accounts Receivable and assure prompt return when accepted.

Create, develop, and maintain goodwill and superior customer service in each account.

Qualifications: Must possess a Class A CDL.

Must be able to pass a DOT physical and DOT pre-employment drug screen.

Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 50lbs.
