You are the person they see week after week.

You will develop strong relationships that create value and trust with our customers.

The variety of tasks you will perform on each route helps you stay engaged with the work.

Great customer service skills are a plus!* Average pay: $65,000 per year.* Guaranteed minimum pay $2,500 biweekly.* DAY 1 BENEFITS such as medical, dental, and vision insurance and company-paid life insurance.* 401(k) with annual company match starts at 90 days.* Paid holidays, vacation time, sick leave accrual, educational assistance program, and more!* Schedule and home time: Our Team Routes dispatch late afternoon/evening and are out mainly between 12-18 hours before returning to Colorado Springs (a few routes are out 18-36 hours).* Our drivers average 3-4 routes a week / no dispatch out on Saturday.
