Local Delivery Driver – 1000$ Sign on bonus

Employment requirements

FedEx will initiate an intensive background check, all employees must be able to fulfill the following requirements

– Successfully pass a drug test (FedEx provides the test at a local medical office)

– Successfully pass a doctor provided physical (FedEx provides the exam at a local medical office)

– Valid Drivers License with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents on record in past 3 years

– Successfully pass a criminal background check

– Must be 21 years or older

– Must be able to lift an average of 50-75 pound packages with a max weight of 150 pounds.

Job Description

• You will be operating a p-700 / p-1000 Delivery Step Van
• You will be loading your own truck. Organizational and Time management skills will help you excel in this position
• Delivering packages in towns (Cherry Hill, Atco, Berlin, Clementon, Riverton, Moorestown, Oaklyn, Collingswood, Merchantville, Pennsauken, Riverside, Maple Shade, Palmyra) and dispatching from Barrington, New Jersey.

Drivers are expected to maintain a Safe driving record and Follow all criteria for Monthly Safety Bonus

Saftey Bonus

• Attendance – Show up for work / communicate with management
• Service – perform the position listed
• Maintenance – Inform management of any issues with truck
• Safety – Be a safe driver

— Pay rate is 625$ per week guaranteed with the opportunity for more based on per stop pay.

— A rough yearly earning of $36,000 – $70,000

— 100$ per month safety bonus

— After 90 days you qualify for Bonuses

— You will qualify for Benefits after 90 days. We will provide you information on our Health Care and you can make the selection based on your needs. We currently cover 60% of the medical plan.

— After 90 days you also qualify for Dental care, which is an opt-in program and is free of charge.

— After 90 days you also qualify for Sick Leave (5days).

— After 1 year we offer Paid Time Off and a 401k Plan (no matching).

— Recruiting drivers for 125-175 Stops per day w/ opportunity for more stops.

— We Operate 7 days a week Monday – Sunday (we have 5 day schedules with opportunity for 6 days)

— Part time positions available. (not a typical part time position, would be a 2-4 day position requiring availability for a full day between all operating days)
