Will consider less flatbed experience if driver has two (2) years OTR Military experience will be considered if combined with OTR flatbed experience Office / Shop employees may request CDL training if they have been with the company for 1 year or more (approval is on a case by case basis and must be approved by the safety department) Drivers with less experience will be considered if they are approved by safety and signed off on by our in-house training manager.

Have no more than three (3) moving violations listed on their MVR in the past three (3) years Have no DWI or DUI, listed on their MVR in the past three (3) years.

Have no more than one (1) “at fault” accident listed on their MVR within a three (3) year period Submit and successfully pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen as established by the Department of Transportation in 49 CFR parts 391 and 40 Successfully complete the orientation class.

If we have a driver extremely close to these qualifications but is just short of experience or have not pulled a flatbed in years, please let me know.

There might be a possible way we can get the driver extra training to suffice safeties requirements.
