Driver

Run Load Board and  pre plan up to 2 loads in advance. Automatic restrictions accepted

Hey driver every wanted to be your own boss but didn’t want the headache of being an O/O well here is your chance. Run the lanes you want and pick your home time. The money you make at the end of the week depends on your work ethic. No more waiting on dispatcher who has 30 other drivers.

•   Minimum 12 months experience / no more than 5 jobs in 3 years
•   Driver can go anywhere they choose and home whenever they want (if freight allows)    
•   Must maintain a 2,000 mile/week rolling average over 5 weeks. (we tell the drivers 3 weeks)
•   Exceptions will be vacation and major breakdowns     

       Excessive service failures and/or failure to maintain 2,000 miles/week average will result in 3           strike policy

  1. Driver counseled and training offered on freight patterns, proactivity and trip planning

  2. Driver brought in for face to face with TM (over phone during Covid)

  3. Driver removed from load board and put back on regular OTR fleet.

Job requirements:

• 1 year T/T pulling van reefer or in some cases flatbed 
• Good driving record
• No more than 5 jobs in the last 3 years your 6 job can be with the company
• Must pass drug test
• No criminal convictions last 7 years (can be on probation or parole with certain offenses)
• No misdemeanors last 5 years 
• No termination from last employer for safety reasons
• No failed or refusal of a drug test
