ESSENTIAL DUTIES : Operates property owned vehicle to drive tenants, personnel and visitors to various destinations.

Maintains vehicle appearance and servicing.

May make minor repairs or adjustments to vehicle.

May be on-call or make extended trips requiring irregular hours.

SKILLS , EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE : High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

Minimum of 1-2 years previous driving experience Must have valid driver’s license.

Must have a satisfactory driving record.
