Driver

CTR is seeking a motivated, dependable and safe OTR CDL A Team Drivers to support an American motorcycle manufacturer. This role will heavily support locations in Arizona, Wisconsin and Florida. The primary responsibilities will be to transport and conduct loading and unloading of customer specific vehicles and parts and delivery of them safely and securely to strategic locations.

Essential Job Requirements

• Must safely pick up, load, and unload vehicles, parts and materials between four or more locations
• Maintain and complete compliant electronic logbooks
• Knowledgeable in DOT and FMCSA regulations, laws and safety
• Ensure necessary permits are obtained
• Ability to perform vehicle inspections; add fuel, and check fluid levels
• Maintain truck management log with all accounting, management and maintenance
• Maintain vehicle maintenance with mileage inspections, alignments, tire replacements/repairs, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret routes, schedules, and weather reports
• Ability to work independently and interdependently with various locations
• Motivated, self-starter, high integrity and team player
• Strong attention to detail
• Work closely with customer and schedule coordinator as the main focal point

Qualifications

• Previous tractor-trailer experience of 5+ years’ experience as a OTR CDL-A driver
• Minimum of 10 years driving history with an excellent driving record
• Must have good vision, hearing and motor skills
• Able to sit for prolonged periods routinely exceeding eight or more hours
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and possible overtime
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate GPS
• Must demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly both written and orally
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs or more

Preferred Qualifications:

• Forklift experience
• Ability to be flexible with schedule
