Job Description We are seeking a dependable and efficient CDL truck driver who possesses a great deal of physical and mental stamina able to withstand long hours on the road.

Must be organized, detailed oriented, and comfortable working independently.

A clean driving record and commercial driving experience is a must Concrete on Demand 2 Locations: Give us a call at 480-299-4100 3868 S Lindsay Rd Gilbert, AZ 85297 (Maricopa Yard) 22111 N White Rd Maricopa AZ 85139 Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Deliver ready mix concrete and flow fill safely and efficiently from production sites to customer projects.

Ensure delivery records are processed appropriately.

Visually inspect the quality and consistency of concrete in the mixer truck.

Maintain good customer relations by acting in a professional and courteous manner.

Be a team player and maintain a positive attitude with other team members.

Communicate with dispatch, plant operators, other drivers, and customers to provide best-in-class service.

Responsible for ensuring the equipment is secure and located in secure and authorized locations.

Safely drive a tandem trailer, dump truck, flatbed truck, cement truck or other vehicle/combination.

Assist job site crews on job sites daily.

Communicate regularly with Field Supervisors and crews about timing and delivery of materials and equipment and assistance needed on site.

Make safety a top priority, obeying all DOT, OSHA laws at all times.

Complete daily driver logs and safety paperwork and hand it in to appropriate person when expected.

Responsible for the safe handling of equipment, report all mechanical issues with equipment immediately.

Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Signs and maintains raw material delivery tickets.

Daily pre and post trip inspections Report any problems to maintenance personnel and manager.

Required to follow all safety policies and procedures, wear PPE and promote a 24/7 Safe Culture.

Assist batch plant operator with other duties as needed.
