Magnolia Plumbing, Inc. is looking for EXPERIENCED CDL Vacuum Truck Operators and Drivers for our Laurel, MD location. A qualified candidate will be able to utilize the tools and equipment to perform general diagnostic, maintenance and repair to waste systems including, but not limited to grease interceptors, storm water management facilities, oil/ sand interceptors, elevator shaft pits, ejector systems, septic tanks and sewer lines.
Qualifications:
GED or high school diploma
CDL Class B license with tankers endorsement or CDL Class A license with tankers endorsement
DOT Medical Card
Ability to obtain Confined Space Safety Certification
Requirements
Knowledge of Federal Department of Transportation Regulations and any other governing jurisdiction or disposal facility that affects our work.
1+ years experience in use and operation of the vacuum trucks our the fleet.
Working knowledge and understanding of waste systems including but not limited to grease interceptors, storm water management facilities, oil/sand interceptors, elevator shaft pits, ejector systems, septic tanks, and sewer lines.
Ability to drive, lift and operate heavy tools and equipment
Knowledge of general mathematics and language abilities
Ability to supervise and direct an apprentice or another vacuum truck operator
Reliable transportation
Mobile phone used to communicate with operations managers
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Required experience:
Driving Vacuum Trucks: 1 year
Required license or certification:
CDL W/ Tanker
