Company Driver Details:

• Earn $88k in addition to fantastic benefits and incentives!
• Earn $1,700+ per week
• $7,500 sign-on bonus for Resources company drivers
• Home Time Varies:
  • OTR – Out 10-14 days at a time, home every other weekend
  • Regional – Out 6-7 days for resets and by the house for 10-hour breaks when loads allow
  • Dedicated – Home time set by customer, days off will vary based on the needs of that business
• Percentage based drivers earn 25% loaded or empty
  • Performance based incentives: Increase pay by up to 2% + accessorials!

Owner Operator Details:

Company Driver Requirements:

• Must have 1+ years of CDL-A experience
• Must have chemical tanker experience (some training can be done on a limited basis in Mobile, AL)
• Must have Class A CDL with Haz-Mat and Tanker endorsement at time of hiring
• Able to drive a manual transmission 
• Must have TWIC card (and know twic pin #) at time of hire
• Passport (not required but encouraged to have) 

Owner Operator Requirements:

• 10 year or newer tractor with a height of 12’ 6” or less measured from the tip of the exhaust stack to the ground. Must have a sliding 5th wheel, working air compressor (truck air is not ideal but workable), PTO driven liquid pump, hose rack (Action Terminal can install pump and hose rack prior to pulling first load – price will depend on the unit).
