Our South Central Regional positions offer great pay, weekly home-time, and lots of drop & hook freight, so you spend more time on the road earning and less time waiting at shippers.

Our drivers can earn some of the highest take-home pay in the business.

And, to help keep your pay more consistent, we’ll pay the portion of miles you’ve run a load right up to payroll cut off time.

We know of very few competitors offering this unique benefit.

Once our company drivers reach $0.55 CPM base, they can earn base rate increases every 50,000 miles with no cap!

Company Driver Benefits:
Home weekly
– It is our goal for every driver residing within 50 miles of Memphis, Houston, or Dallas to get at least a 34 hour restart.

All other areas are out 12 days, home 3 days.
Transition Bonus: $3,000
Solos start up to $0.74 CPM, $0.70 base + $0.04 CPM safety/service bonus.
