Call Now 855-442-3028 Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, is immediately seeking a Customer Delivery Specialist to join our private fleet, offering a signing bonus of $2,000, out of Clearing, IL.

As a DOT driving professional, you will be responsible for providing customer delivery of chemicals.

We operate on a 5 day work week, Monday-Friday, regionally, with our average nights out per week (depending on route) being 2-3 nights.

Overtime is included, and you’re home on weekends and holidays.

Compensation: $34
– $36 / hour average What’s In It For You: Day 1 comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, matching 401K, company paid pension, PTO, referral program, and more Hourly, bi-weekly competitive pay + $2,000 signing bonus 6-8 week paid training Paid hotel stay and meals while on the road New & well-maintained equipment Company uniform, phone, credit card, and more Excellent career growth opportunities Access to best in class resources, tools, training, technology in a company which practices top-notch safety What You Will Do: Safely operate in accordance with DOT regulations governing the transportation of hazardous materials Maintain truck and equipment by performing daily/periodic mechanical and safety inspections Meet all customer delivery requirements by loading/offloading materials following Zero Defect Delivery procedures Maintain regular communication with sales team and supervisor, reporting safety hazards or field problems accordingly Maintain hours of service by using Qualcomm, Turnpike and/or paper log-book reporting Minimum Qualifications: CDL A with HazMat & Tanker endorsements: 3 years Commercial Driving: 3 years (with acceptable MVR) High School Diploma or equivalent Able to lift/carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
