Roehl Transport will increase truck driver pay for a second time this year.
These increases will add between $4,000
– $6,000 or more to most company drivers annual pay.
Roehl has been certified as a Top Paying Carrier by the National Transportation Institute.
The upper third of our experienced truck drivers in our national fleets averages $64,500 a year, with top drivers earning over $82,500 annually, (and some drivers making nearly $100,000 a year).
Your Choice Pay Plans While most trucking companies still use an old flat cents per mile (CPM) rate, we created the Your Choice Pay Plans to reward you for your performance, efficient driving and safety.
You can achieve higher levels of pay through higher levels of performance.
You can also choose to be rewarded for your performance with quarterly bonuses.
In both cases, you are not restricted to an annual increase or bonus, you can “choose” the next higher pay level or to get a bonus by being a high performer.
If you choose to be on our Premium Mileage Plan, you can earn a pay increase every quarter up to our top rate.
If you choose to be on our Performance Bonus Plan, you can get a bonus each quarter.
