CDL A Driver

CDL A TRUCK DRIVER BENEFITS FOR ALL POSITIONS:

Paid all miles – to/from the house
Up to .57 per mile based on experience
Southeast region only – AL, AR, FL, GA, MS, NC, SC, TN and lower VA
Pay increases automatically with each year of experience
Two (2) days paid time off and six (6) paid holidays – effective immediately

ADDITIONAL PAY RATES:

TARP PAY: $35 PER LOAD
Detention: $15/hour after two (2) hours from the appointment window
Stop Pay (rare): $25 per extra stop
Layover (customer-based): $70 per 24-hour period
Layover (company-based): $130 per 24-hour period
Breakdown: $75 per 12 hours

Sign-On Bonus: $2000 (paid quarterly)
Referral Bonus: $2000 (paid quarterly)

Double bunk, condo configurations

Requirements:

At least one (1) year of CDL A driving experience in the last 36 months
At least six (6) months of CDL A flatbed (or similar) load securement experience in the last 36 months
No previous DOT drug and alcohol violations in the last 3 years
No more than two (2) moving violations or accidents/collisions in the last 36 months
Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, to control operations of equipment or systems, and to monitor gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure the equipment is working properly.
