CDL-A Dedicated Flex Truck Driver – Guaranteed Pay

Unlike our other dedicated accounts, our dedicated flex position offers a good balance of driving for multiple dedicated customers.

As a dedicated flex driver, you’ll enjoy a steady schedule with variety in your routes each week, as well as a guaranteed minimum pay of $1,400 per week.As a Dedicated Flex Truck Driver, you can expect:Competitive pay:Average $87,600 per year for experienced drivers and 1-3 week traineesGuaranteed minimum of $72,800 per year/$1,400 guaranteed minimum each week for all drivers (If available to work the entire week and training is completed)Starting pay is .60 cpmIncrease to .62 cpm at 6 monthsTop pay of .64 cpm reached in 1 yearMiles will fluctuate depending on which account you are working onStop and loading/unloading pay (not all accounts)Detention, breakdown, and layover pay when applicableCompany sponsored per diem programHome weekly, drivers who wish to accept two-week assignments, with a 34-hour reset on the road, will receive an additional $200 in per diemJob Requirements:Drivers must have Class A CDLBeing adaptable to change and having the desire to work with a wide variety of freightOccasionally support other Averitt operations when needed; to ensure you’ll always be rollingServe multiple customers, will only work for 1 account at a time (a minimum of 1 week or until the customer’s needs are met) then haul another dedicated customer’s productCDL-A Dedicated Truck Driver Benefits:Paid time off including 8 paid holidaysExcellent insurance coverage that includes medical, prescription, dental, vision and hearing starting as low as $88.90/week for family plans and $34.15/week for individual plansRider policy available for legally married spousesProfit Sharing plan allows you to share in the rewards of our efforts, with a portion of our profits given back to you as monthly direct deposits into your retirement accountReferral rewards
