And because you know your customers and their typical freight load, you’re less likely to be surprised or slowed down by unusual shipments.
CDL-A Dedicated Truck Driver Benefits: * Competitive pay: * Average $1,100 $1,200 per week / $57,200 $62,400 per year * Starting pay .43 cpm * Top out at .44 cpm within 1 year * Average2,000 2,400 miles per week * Stop and loading/unloading pay * Average 6 16 stops per week @ $15.75 per stop * Unload pay of $63 per load; usually 1 load per week* Breakdown, layover and detention pay available * Company sponsored per diem program * Home every week; most drivers are home Friday afternoons * Making tailgate deliveries of Kabinart kitchen cabinetry to customers located throughout the Midwest, Southeast and East Coast regions * Most freight cartons weigh 40 to 60 pounds, and there are possible backhaul pickups * Paid time off including 8 paid holidays (after 90 days) * Excellent insurance coverage that includes medical, prescription, dental, vision and hearing starting as low as $93.95/week for family plans and $36.95/week for individual plans * Company-paid life insurance and short-term disability benefits * Profit Sharing plan allowsyou to share in the rewards of our efforts, with a portion of our profits given back to you as monthly direct deposits into your retirement account * Referral rewards cash bonuses for referrals * Averitt’s fleet includes local, dedicated, and regional truck driver jobs.
