Delek Logistics Partners, LP (NYSE:DKL) is a growth-oriented master limited partnership focused on owning and operating midstream energy infrastructure assets.The convenience store retail business is the largest 7-Eleven licensee in the United States and operates approximately 300 convenience stores in central and west Texas and New Mexico.**General Description:**Drive and operate a five-axle truck-tractor, semi-trailer combination over the road from home terminal to points in the United States, and return; and, to load and/or unload commodities in bulk, including hazardous materials, all in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and Company policies.**Essential Functions:**+ Drive within, and not exceed, the current federal hours of service regulations.+ Maintain log book according to regulatory and Company requirements.+ Walk, bend, reach, push, pull, stoop, lift, squat, and climb, as necessary, to accomplish the following work:+ Physically handle sections of loading and unloading hose that may exceed 20 feet in length, measure up to four inches in diameter, and weigh as much as 75 pounds.+ Operate hand-crank, pull down and lift up dolly legs, as well as other equipment involved in the connecting and dropping process of tractor/trailer combinations.+ Ascend and descend vertical ladder at loading or unloading facility to a height of 13 feet; stand, stoop, squat, and work on surface atop a trailer up to a height of 13 feet above the ground; open and close dome lid(s) atop the cargo tank trailer.+ Climb into and out of cab of truck/tractor, possibly multiple times per day, in order to drive and operate unit, as well as other equipment and controls within and about the unit.+ Take required break in sleeper bed of cab in order to obtain adequate rest.+ Operate foot controls and hand controls within the cab while driving.+ Perform vehicle inspections, to include service brakes, including trailer brake connections, parking (hand) brake, steering mechanism, lighting devices and reflectors, tires, horn, windshield wipers, rear vision mirrors, coupling devices, wheels and rims, and emergency equipment for the purpose of determining that the motor vehicle is in safe operating condition prior to departure and while enroute.+ Ability to write, read, and speak the English language for the following purposes:+ To converse with the general public.+ To understand highway traffic signs and signals+ To respond to official inquiries, such as state or local police authorities, state regulatory agents, and federal regulatory agents.+ To read reports and records, such as Material Safety Data Sheets, which describe the load, hazards associated with the load, and special precautions to be taken with respect to the load.+ To make entries on reports and records, such as shipping papers, driver’s daily log, including status of available work hours, inspection reports, as well as other documents, reports, and records required by the Company, shipper, and state and federal authorities.+ Wear safety protective clothing as required during loading and unloading of various materials, including hazardous materials, to include face respirator, self-contained breathing apparatus, acid-resistant slicker suit, flame-resistant slicker suit, hard hat, goggles, face shield, and/or protective footwear and gloves.+ Report for dispatch at any time of the day or night as directed, meet strict loading and delivery schedules, and maintain contact with dispatch office as required.+ Comply and perform proper methods of loading and unloading various cargos, including hazardous and nonhazardous materials, to include connecting and disconnecting loading and unloading hoses, pressure hose, and product pump; monitoring gauges; opening and closing valves; and gauging depth of product in cargo tank and/or storage tanks.+ Promptly report to designated Company personnel, as instructed, major delays due to breakdown, weather, traffic conditions, accidents, injuries, or cargo losses, and other circumstances relating to the transportation of commodities involving driver, Company equipment, or cargo.+ Promptly report to local and state regulatory agencies, as instructed, all vehicle accidents, cargo spills, and other incidents or emergencies relating to the transportation of commodities.+ Must follow Company guidelines in regard to acceptable conduct when dealing with customers, co-workers, and the motoring public.**Job Requirements / Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:**+ Must be 23 years of age.+ Hazardous materials CDL endorsement desired, but may be temporarily excused if application is pending or permanently excused if work does not require the endorsement.+ Must qualify according to Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.+ Must have a good motor vehicle driving record (MVR), that is:+ No more than two (2) preventable accidents and/or five (5) moving violations during the preceding five (5) years, none of which can be more than one (1) preventable accident and/or three (3) moving violations during the last three (3) years of driving.+ Must not have a DWI (driving while intoxicated) violation, or a DUI (driving under the influence) violation, or a careless or reckless driving violation on MVR in the preceding five (5) years.+ Must not have had license suspended or revoked for failing or refusing a breathalyzer test in the past five (5) years.+ Drivers must be physically capable of performing required work.+ Read, write, speak, and comprehend English.+ ???????Perform Work Safely.+ Must be qualified by a physician on all essential functions.#LI-TG1We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
