Telecom OSP Inspectors – Southern Minnesota, Montana, and Wyoming

OUTSIDE PLANT INSPECTOR – TELECOM Mid-state Consultants has an immediate opening for an OSP Telecom Inspectors in Montana. This could be a long term, year-round position for the right candidate. This position includes responsibility for supervision and coordination of OSP activities. Must be able to work independently and with minimum supervision, over sees the day-to-day activities and efficient operation of one or more construction firms involved in the construction of Outside Plant Telecommunication Construction Projects. Described as but not limited to: · Assists in the establishment of schedules, coordinates and monitors work flow and cost expenditures. · Prepares reports and documents and maintains project records. · Resolves design problems and, when necessary, interprets company guidelines for specific applications. · Provides quality control to ensure construction/engineering standards and specifications are adhered to. · Interacts with Right-of-Way owners, permit agencies, and other company departments.Job Requirements:Successful Candidates will have:• You must be familiar with RUS Units, practices and procedures. • An in-depth knowledge of Outside Plant Telecommunications constructionand supervisory experience in the Telecommunications Industry is necessary • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
