USMC Intelligence Instructors with Security Clearance

Halcyon Group International is seeking Subject Matter Experts in the following MOS for Camp Lejeune. TS/SCI required. Prior completion of MRTC Instructor Training Course preferred. All positions: The contractor shall apply adult learning theories, methods, and strategies, such as the Socratic Method, while working independently or in a multidisciplinary team environment. The contractor shall support training in classroom, rural and urban environments, utilizing all standard computer software, proficient in the use of unclassified programs heavily utilized by all baseline position specific operations. The contractor shall conduct training reviews, revisions, and courseware development for course syllabi, create, review and update classroom training materials such as student handouts, lesson plans, PowerPoint presentations, and practical exercises required for course accuracy and relevance as directed. The contractor shall instruct, tutor and mentor students to meet course learning objectives and evaluate the Training Task List ensuring items have been satisfactorily completed during evaluations. All-Source Intelligence Analyst Instructor and Curriculum Development SME (Three (3) FTEs) The contractor shall have held the USMC Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) of 0231 or other-service equivalent. The contractor shall assist in designing, developing, updating, reviewing and executing complex SOF Multi-Source Intelligence training scenarios for exploitation and development of a common intelligence picture in MDIOC as directed. Counterintelligence/Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Instructor and Curriculum Development SME (One (1) FTE) The contractor shall have held the USMC Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) of 0211, 0210, or other-service equivalent. The contractor shall possess an in depth understanding of MSO, CI Functions, Detainee Operations, and Advanced Special Operations (ASO). Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Instructor and Curriculum Development SME (One (1) FTE) The contractor shall have held the USMC Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) of 26XX or other service equivalent. The contractor shall assist in designing, developing, updating, and reviewing complex SOF SIGINT training scenarios for inclusion in MDIOC as directed. The contractor shall participate in the development and execution of simulated tactical SOF SIGINT support to combat operations, encompassing the entire SOF intelligence and targeting cycle, to include in-depth knowledge and experience with equipment-agnostic applications of multi-protocol survey, collection, analysis and exploitation throughout permissible, semi-permissible and non-permissible/austere areas of operation.
