Seeking a talented technical instructor and content developer.
The ideal candidate will be an accomplished teacher/instructor, able to teach virtually as well as in a live classroom to a highly technical audience.
The individual must also have the ability to develop new course content and manage existing content.
The candidate must be able to learn new concepts quickly and be able to teach those concepts effectively. Enthusiasm, innovativeness, adaptability, and the ability to be receptive to feedback is a must.

Alta3 Research develops and performs technical training via live classroom, virtual classroom, and video training.
We have developed our own delivery platform that includes video, online training manuals, hands-on lab environments, and certification exams. We excel at making complex concepts intuitively obvious.
Our systems permit our courseware to be updated continuously, so our content is kept very current.
Essential Responsibilities
Candidate will instruct 3 to 5 day courses on some of the following topics: Kubernetes, Python, and Ansible Learn and master new content quickly. Candidate will be provided access to our entire video library to assist with their own learning in preparation for their training events as well as the ability to utilize other Alta3 instructors for preparation assistance.
Deliver technical training via webinar style tools.
Stay current on the topics the candidate will teach.
Alta3 Researchs systems permit continuous updates to our courseware, so candidate will be expected to update, edit, or correct the courses at the end of each presentation.
Adapt current material to meet customer-specific requirements.
Effectively communicate and cross-train with associates.
Design and develop technical training courseware for new product and service offerings.
Most of Alta3 Researchs training material is developed from hands-on lab exercises and then converted to many different modalities.
After the Covid-19 crisis, candidate must be willing to travel in order to deliver onsite classroom training as necessary.
Perform other duties as required.
Technical Skills:
Read technical documentation with complete comprehension and be able to immediately apply that knowledge. Proficient with Linux operating systems as well as Microsoft when required.
Programming skills to help with bash scripts, Ansible, web development, and VBA would be a plus.
Previous experience with technical training and technical content development.
Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, LAN/WAN, wireless, etc.) Experience with Python, Ansible, and microservices would be immediately useful.
If the candidate can program, this skill will be used to help Alta3 Researchs training systems.
This is not an essential skill, but helpful.
