LEARNING LAB TEACHER
Friends Community School seeks part-time IN PERSON teachers for an after-school Learning Lab serving small groups of students in grades 4-8.
The Friends Community School Learning Lab is an innovative program of personalized instruction.
Small-group sessions of 1-4 students focus on specific skills to address learning styles and gaps in skill development.
Between 2:30 and 4:30 p.m.
Monday through Thursday, groups meet for 1-2 sessions per week for 45 minutes each.
Classes will include targeted skills in foundational math and executive function in grades 4-8.
Flexible days/hours.
Staff are compensated by the school.
Teaching experience required.
Candidates must have undergraduate degree and/or have completed 120 credits and must pass state/FBI criminal background investigation.
