Sauna Session Class Description:

SAUNA SESSIONS are a guided thermo-therapeutic experience inspired by traditional European methods.

Each session combines hot-cold intervals and aromatic diffusion of essential oils to leave you in a lasting relaxed state.

● Motivate, educate and inspire members to reach their greatest potential.

Deliver highest level of

service and experience in each class to maximize member experience.

● Maintain regular and consistent teaching schedule, keeping subbing and absence to a minimum

● Ensure weekly communication with our programming and operations team on availability, and

schedule confirmation as well as, member feedback, equipment and operational status

● Lead and prepare Rise By We signature studio based classes — such as: semi-private, private

and studio group fitness classes and coach with hands on instruction and education

● Adhere to signature program description and format, but with a keen awareness of when to

modify intensity where necessary

● Ensure all classes/sessions and programming are purposeful, well
– planned, varied, and include

appropriate modification.

● Exhibit contagious enthusiasm and willingness to participate in brand, team and company events

and, exemplify teamwork both in class/during studio sessions and in additional activities.
